For admission to the nursery, please complete and return the application form to the nursery office.

You can download and print the form below, or alternatively call into the nursery to collect a hard copy. If preferred, we can also email or post a copy to you.

We admit children to Nursery School in the September, January and April following their third birthday. We offer the 15 and 30 hours funding as well as the opportunity to top up with breakfast, lunch and after school club. Please see our Day-Care fees for pricing.  We also offer all year round care 8-5pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri and 8-4pm Wed for up to 48 weeks of the year. We do encourage that all children be booked in for a minimum of 3 sessions, unless we do not have the availability. To find out more you are welcome to phone us for an informal discussion. If we are oversubscribed we offer a waiting list. To secure a day-care/all year round place a £100 non-refundable retainer is required.
